More than a Play Ground!

It is very important that children have an opportunity to run, jump, climb and develop those lungs every day. We get outside once or twice a day, weather permitting, for them to do just that.  Outside time is a great time for kids to develop those gross motor skills that are so important.  Outside games are great social time to share adventures and creativity. from digging up worms and naming them, to exploring spider webs and creating make believe games, the outdoors is one of the best times in their day! 

Our outdoor environmnet is an acre of grass with a large garden, duck pond, sandbox, tunnels, climbing, horses, sheep and a goat. We have raised chickens, and collected eggs.  We plant and harvest vegetables every year in our garden.  We have had all sorts of critters come to visit from birds to llamas! There is a separate playground for the school age kids, with tether ball and areas for team sports.  Come visit us today for a complete tour!
